Blue Mountain Beach
Blue Mountain Beach is acclaimed as the highest elevation on Scenic Highway 30A and in all of South Walton, at 65 feet. The community is laid back, low key and relaxed. The area offers beaches for sun and fun, coastal dune lakes for kayaking and paddleboarding, and the Timpoochee Trail, situated in the Point Washington State Forest, allowing hikes between our small towns along 30A. Named after the area’s beautiful blue lupine flowers, Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of homes, ranging from townhomes to 50’s bungalows to gated private communities, each unique in their feel.
